I am not responsible for outages or technical issues beyond my control. If a technical issue significantly interrupts a session, I will work with you to reschedule or adjust the time as appropriate.

Booking and Session Policy

Session Location

I offer sessions in person in Connecticut, USA and online.

Session Time Zone

All times are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless otherwise noted.

Please check your time zone when booking online sessions.

Session Confirmation

A session is considered confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email from me and, where required, payment or a deposit has been received.

Payments
Payment may be due at the time of booking or by the start of the session, depending on the service and platform used. I accept: Cash, Venmo, Credit/Debit cards via Square and Stripe.

If payment is not received as required, I may cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Recordings
Sessions are not recorded unless we both explicitly agree in advance. If a session is recorded, I will clarify how the recording will be used, stored, and for how long.

Cancellation Policy

I understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure I can accommodate all of my valued clients, I kindly request adherence to this cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify me of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly at: (203) 896-0577 (call/text) during standard business hours (Tuesday – Saturday: 11am-6pm EST).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment cost. This fee compensates me for the time that was set aside specifically for you.

No-shows: Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment, without prior notification, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. Repeat no-shows will result in having to prepay for future services or lead to an inability to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals: I understand delays can happen. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, without prior notification, will be asked to reschedule. The late arrival will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur the applicable fee. This ensures I can provide the best service to you and my other clients.

Exceptions: I recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to my policy are made on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

Booking Deposit/Payment: For certain services, I may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. This payment will be applied to your service total or refund as in accordance with my cancellation policy.

Refunds: Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Explore Taro’Chi, LLC -initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions at my discretion).
